Returns & Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, some restrictions apply. If eligible, returns and exchanges are free.
To be eligible for return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with attached tags, in original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.
To being processing your return, email your request to email@example.com. Once we receive your request we will determine If your item is eligible for return. Once approved we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or not the item you ordered so that we may resolve the issue.
Exceptions and Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchanges under any circumstance: CROWNS, CLUTCHES, SALE ITEMS, or GIFT CARDS.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If your request for return is approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to issue your refund, please refer to their policy regarding refunds.
Once your request for return is accepted make a separate purchase for the new item. Your original purchase will be credited back to your original form of payment once the return item is received by our returns and exchange department.
